Stephanie Strozak is a pioneer in human resource management, leadership, and organizational development, specializing in workplace happiness. She brings over three decades of professional human resource management, leadership, and organizational development experience in diverse industries: Fortune 500, government, hospitality, not-for-profit, and small business. She founded The Stephanie Strozak Co. to focus on mission-driven organizations with bold visions to bring about positive change in the world.
In her corporate roles, Stephanie served as the Chief Human Resource Officer and is credentialed with SHRM and holds the prestigious SHRM-SCP certification. She is an expert, teacher, and mentor in the field of human resource management & organizational development. Stephanie has taught the exam preparation course to thousands of human resource professionals to continue to advance this very important and evolving profession.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Her professional development credentials include Certified Executive Coach with CCA, Empowerment Coach for Women, and Happy For No Reason Certified Trainer with Shimoff & Associates.
